01 Introduction

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 88lucky.ph will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to protect your credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility.

04 Identity Verification (KYC)

In compliance with PAGCOR Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements and Know Your Customer (KYC) standards, 88lucky.ph is obligated to verify the identity of all registered players before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification may also be initiated at any other point during your account's active status at 88lucky.ph's reasonable discretion.
